PURPOSE: Manage services to customers of materials and products the office,company, or home. Customized shipments for our customers with logistics nationally and internationally. On behalf of the company we process the information you provide us in order to be able to meet your demands, invoice such services or purchases and be able to send you advertising related to your areas of interest by any means be it postal, email or through means of telephony; as well as inviting you to organized events

FREE SHIPMENT
For orders exceeding a total of €200.VAT not included.
SHIPMENT CHARGES
For orders that do not exceed a total of €200. Sistemas David makes available a reduced transport rate: 35€ VAT not included.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Initial orders must be paid in cash by bank transfer or cash on delivery.
For subsequent orders, please request credit facilities from our sales department.
UNPAID ITEMS
No further orders will be delivered if any previous transactions are still outstanding.
ORDERS
Please indicate the reference number and colour in your order.
RETURNS
Please contact us before returning any item. Returns are only valid up to 48 hours after the goods are delivered.
DAMAGED ITEMS
When your order is delivered, please be so kind as to check that all the goods are in perfect condition. All damages must be reported immediately and recorded in the delivery note. Claims for damages during transport will only be accepted if they are made within 48 hours after the goods are delivered.
SPECIAL ITEMS
Customers interested in special items should check the prices and delivery times beforehand.
MODIFICATIONS
The prices listed here replace any previous ones. The features, shape and size of our products are subject to change with no prior notice.

All prices are valid, except for any possible typing errors.
Satisfaction or Reimbursement
Have you changed your mind or were you dissatisfied with your order?
From the date of receipt of your order, you have 15 calendar days to return your order if you are not satisfied.
The material has to be returned to our warehouse at paid freight, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having used it, attaching a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
Sistemas David will return the amount of the order paid to the customer within 15 calendar days of receipt and once the order has been verified.
All returned goods must be in perfect condition: Inside their original packaging, not in use and with all original accessories.
If not, Sistemas David reserves the right not to pay the order.
