Satisfaction or Reimbursement

Have you changed your mind or were you dissatisfied with your order?

From the date of receipt of your order, you have 15 calendar days to return your order if you are not satisfied.

The material has to be returned to our warehouse at paid freight, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having used it, attaching a copy of the invoice or delivery note.

Sistemas David will return the amount of the order paid to the customer within 15 calendar days of receipt and once the order has been verified.

All returned goods must be in perfect condition: Inside their original packaging, not in use and with all original accessories. If not,

Sistemas David reserves the right not to pay the order.
