Have you changed your mind or are you not satisfied with your order?
You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To do this, the product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all its accessories and in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice or delivery note.
Return costs will be borne by the customer.
Once the goods have been received and their condition has been checked, Sistemas David will proceed to refund the corresponding amount within a maximum period of 10 calendar days.
In the event that the product shows signs of use, damage or is not returned in its original packaging, a depreciation of the amount to be refunded may be applied.
To manage the return, contact us by email or phone indicating the reference and units of the product. We will provide you with a return number.
